No account or login is needed to use this map, and we do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

What we record

To understand demand for direct primary care, we keep an anonymous log of how the map is used: the ZIP codes or towns searched, the general map area viewed (rounded to about a kilometer), which practices are opened, and clicks to call, get directions, or visit a practice website.

Our hosting provider supplies an approximate location (city and region) for each visit. We do not store IP addresses, names, or contact details, and the visit identifier is a random code that disappears when you close the browser tab.

Opting out

If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal, nothing is logged.

Practice details are gathered from public sources and calls to practices. Prices and availability change; please confirm directly with the practice. Nothing on this site is medical advice.
